According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the good NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes if you deserves Home state quota for some lower NITs such as NIT Sikkim, NIT Hamirpur and so on, then you can get them in CSAB Counselling and for IIITs you can have a try for IIIT Bhubaneshwar, IIIT Una and so on but of you want good branches then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
