There is no such information that PSUs will recruit through COAP but as of now each PSUs have opened a window for the gate aspirant to input their detials .

Some of the PSUs are taking their own examinations.

It would be better for to look for the PSUs webssite individually in "carrers" section .You will find a notice or form to fill up there itself.
