They just see your percentage and marks.

No the name of school doesn't a factor in jee mains and selection in colleges but it depends upon your boards and your  percentage in respective boards which affects a lot in selection .You have to bring a minimum of 75 percent marks in respective boards to become eligible for jee mains .

School name does not matter during JEE main counseling. The only thing that matter is your marks.
