Hi, your question is a bit unclear. You can can get job in government hospitals but what type of job are you looking for. The eligibility criteria for every job openings is different. You can check their job  postings online and you will get the criteria there. There is no compulsion on from where you have done your course. Deemed colleges are allowed too. Hope this helps.
