Andhra Pradesh CM Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy proposed to setup 16 new MBBS colleges in the state within the next three years.Also spending around Rs. 17,300 crore to revamp the existing government hospitals to establish new medical colleges. This initiative is taken under Nadu-Nedu to provide better health care facilities. But at present no new colleges are established to take admission.

The petition to increase more medical colleges which in turn will increase the MBBS and BDS seats in the state of Andhra Pradesh is passed by the government of Andhra Pradesh.

So it's still under process and hence the increased seats won't be added from this year. May be next or year the seats will be included.
