Chemistry
Mathematics
Biology
This combination is commonly called PCMB, and it's available in many government and private intermediate colleges affiliated with UP Board.
PhysicsCommon for NEET and JEE
ChemistryCommon for NEET and JEE
BiologyRequired for NEET
MathematicsRequired for JEE

So by taking pcmb you are eligible for both neet and jee
Note:PCMB is demanding — you'll be covering two major streams (Medical + Engineering), so manage your time and focus well.
Some rural or small schools may not offer both Math and Biology due to limited teachers — confirm availability before admission.
Private schools affiliated to UP Board usually offer more flexibility in subject selection.
Choose a school that has proper faculty for both Maths and Biology.
Hello Khusbhu,
Indeed the UP Board allows students to study both Biology and Mathematics (PCMB); however, it is up to the school's internal policy or regulations. The board itself does not prohibit students from choosing both subjects; however, many schools affiliated to UP Board may not allow this due to time-table, faculty or other reasons. If your school does not offer PCMB directly, one alternative is for you to choose either PCM or PCB as your main stream and then take your 4th subject (Maths or Biology) as an additional subject under "Ekal Vishay" (Single Subject).
