Yes you can choose Veterinary after applying and qualifying in NEET.

For Veterinary course :- All India 15% quota and respective states for State quota counselling.

For general merit students : - 425-450 approximately (All India quotes Government seat) 

For general merit students : - 320-400 approximately (State Government quota depending on State domicile) 

For private colleges : - In India there are few private colleges for Veterinary who accept low scores but the fees amount is huge.
