You dont need to pay security deposits unless you have got admission in the college from the counselling. And the amount needed for deposit in the fees criterion in that particular college so it shall vary from college to college although all the government college of the state have same fees and it differs only in private colleges.Security deposits largely depend on the college you join and is very minimal in government colleges and varies in private college. But this deposit is not to be paid every year. Its paid only once.
