In every admission form there is mentioned which documents you need to upload at that time. Some forms only ask for the information and the certificates needs to be submitted later at the time of admission in that college.

But if the admission form of VELLORE INSTITUTE OF Technology mentions about the submission of original documents (pdf) then you will have to submit it in order to considered as a valid candidate for admission.
