Doing an integrated course is always better than doing it separately as you can clear both in a same flow and you don't have to waste an extra year for that. Many students prefer this option but you have to take care that you are doing both bachelor and master degree simultaneously and it could get harder than normal. Choose integrated course only if you can handle the work and pressure within these years. If you want less work and hassle then you can do them separately.
