The cutoffs for DU colleges have not been released yet. They are still accepting application forms for admission. When the application form procedure will end, then the DU administration will start the release of cutoffs and entrance examinations.

Don't worry, I'll give you an update in the comment whenever the DU releases it's first cutoff list. So, keep checking this answer off yours.
