Well,Yes you can choose these subjects as your   Best Four. However,since you are from Science stream and switching to Humanities so you will face deduction of one percent in your best four. Plus,you are including Physical Education in your best four so it is possible that you may face more marks deduction. However,it it varies for different institutions.

Yes you can take any of these subjects for best of four calculation. However since you were from the science stream but now applying to an arts course, most colleges would deduct atleast 2.5% from your best of four. This is a disadvantage of changing stream. Hope you would still be able to make it to the decent colleges of DU.
