If you exclude language papers like English/French/German/Hindi etc then apart from these all the other exam papers given in DU to the students are bilingual. You can understand the question in both English and Hindi. And this makes sense because it wouldn't make any sense to give English paper in Hindi. I hope you understand because that's obvious.
