It actually depends on the college ,their criteria for allotment and the place and many more.

If u are more specific about the place and college I can help u more.
If that college is having both Mbbs and BDS first mbbs seats will get filled first then BDS
There are some colleges in India which have only BDS
So it all depends on the place and college
