A official notice from JEE Advanced authority has been declared that says,

"Due to COVID-19 related restrictions hindering the issuance of various certificates in time, valid category certificate(s) may be uploaded at the time of reporting after seat allocation. For details of seat allocation schedule visit JoSAA website (https://josaa.nic.in/) ."

Here is the link : https://jeeadv.ac.in/

So don't be worried of uploading certificates now. You will have enough time during counselling process. All the best.

So do they mean we only have to upload the documents at the time of seat allocation?
Or is there any website where we can upload the documents now?

Hari charan As of now I don't know any way of uploading the document. Many aspirants like you have complained against this issue. So, it will be better if you upload the documents during seat allocation. As this is an official notice, there will be a chance given to you to upload certificates certainly. Good luck.
