I have jat Delhi OBC NCL reservation, is it beneficial in JEEMAINS examination with this certificate. Should I apply with certificate or not.

Please check that whether in the central list your category is listed under obc ncl or not. If not then you cannot use the category certificate issued by the state. Many categories are not considered as obc ncl, so you need to check that first and then proceed. If your category is listed in central list even then you can use the obc ncl certificate.
