If you are seeking admission to postgraduate medical courses through NRI quota. According to the Tamil Nadu counselling process, NRI Candidates are required to enclose only Self attested Photocopies of required Certificates/documents while filling the application form:

(i) NRI status of the financial supporter issued by the Indian Embassy of the respective country under their seal.
(ii) Certificate of Relationship between the NRI financial supporter and the candidate issued by the competent authority, valid Indian Passport of the NRI financial supporter.
(iii) NRE (Non Resident External) Bank Account Pass Book of the financial supporter.
(iv) Declaration

Also, candidates will have to produce the above mentioned original Certificates/ Documents at the time of counselling for certificate verification.
