The eligiblity criteria for the civil engineering are;

1. The candidates needs to clear 10+2 board exam with Physics, Chemistry and Maths is mandatory for admission in civil Engineering course.

2. These are name of the entrance Exams (IITJEE, AIEEE, BITSAT etc.) for the civil engineering.

3. To get admission in M.Tech you need to qualify GATE exam.

The eligibility for civil engineering is person should be passed in 12th class or intermediate 2ndyear or puc.
10+2 science with physics, chemistry and mathematics.
If he wants to go for nits and IITs he should be qualified in jEE mains exam and jEE advance exam for IITs.
He also should be qualified in some of entrance exams like:
EAMCET

Kcet
IIT jEE
BITSAT
AIEEE
.
All India engineering entrance exam etc
