ESIC Medical Education Institutions first fills All India Quota then State Government Quota and then followed by Insured Persons (IP Quota). There are totally 383 seats for MBBS and 28 seats for BDS.

The following is the Eligibility Criteria for IP Quota:

• The minimum eligibility criteria for admission will be as per MCI/NMC regulations.
• The candidate must have a valid "Ward of Insured Person" Certificate issued by Regional Director.
• The candidate must be eligible for the admission criteria, medical fitness as given by the respective medical colleges.

Firstly they is no ESIC quota from this academic session that is 2020.

Seats filled up in previous years under IP Quota in ESIC Medical/Dental Colleges would be filled up by DGHS, as All India Quota Seats.

From the current academic session there will not be any reservation of the medical quota seats for children of ESI workers in ESI Hospitals.

A total of 339 seats (317 MBBS and 22 BDS), which were earlier reserved for candidates under ESIC quota, will now be open for admission through All India Quota (AIQ) counselling conducted by DGHS.
