Yes, after BSc in microbiology course you obviously can go for MSc. One thing you should remember that there are very few institutes in India keep admission to bsc graduate students to enroll in MSC program in clinical embryology. You also can do some certificate programs from various institutes. This course can cost about 4 to 10 lacs
