Dear student,

I hope you are doing well. Both your certificate are acceptable though your state board certificate will have higher preference than the 1 you obtained for NIOS. You can apply is based on your thoughts and accessibility it wont cause any trouble but shes to it that it will benefit you and not drag you down.
