Executive MBA is generally preferred by work experience with more than 5yrs of experience.

Regular MBA with 0-2 yr of exp prefer it.

The value is generally the same but the difference come in Placement , Exposure.

If you have more work exp..go accordingly.

There is no much a difference in executive diploma MBA course degreeand a regular degree MBA course  degree.

As at the end of the day your experience in the organization matters.

If you're are fresher I would suggest you to go for regular MBA from a primier college as starting placement will be good as compare to executive. 

Also If you're already working in an organisation and satisfied with the work I would suggest to go for executive as you will able to gain  2 things at a time Experience and advance  knowledge with  higher degree (executive MBA)
