neet first round councilling is already done. the secknd round of counselling is about to hault. so by now you know the college you are eligible for. 
Talking about the cutoff, its always better to score 350+, even if you are from a reserved  category. cutoffs are subject to change. these vary from college to college. this year the cutoffs have gone way higher than before. so its difficult to put forward a y specific prediction. as of now make sure that you keep yourself updated about all the necessary information regarding the counselling process.
