This is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admission to MBBS courses through NEET. And admission to all its 1500 seats is done through All India Counselling. AIIMS New Delhi cut offs for all Categories are usually above 98 percentile and you haven't mentioned your Category. So if you belong to General Category, you will need 650 and above and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you will  need 625 and above. .
