Sorry for inform that, you will not able to take admission 10th without pass 9th standard.But NIOS  (National institute of Open schooling Government of INDIA ) provided direct appear 10th exam and it is only applicable for State board.

For my refer don't go for these kind of examination there is lots of time in your hand so prepare well in this year for 9th class and you will pass then after you will go for 10th.

Unfortunately, you cannot be promoted to class 10 if you fail to clear your class 9 examinations. Spanning from CBSE TO ICSE or State Board affiliated schools, the minimum criteria for seeking admission in class 10 is scoring required marks in class 9. You may be asked to repeat the same class instead of getting promoted in class 10. You can also try to get admission in NIOS Board as they provide you the flexibility to clear the papers in five attempt.
