Fee structure of mass communication in bhu and after 1 year gap of graduation can I apply for it ?

The fees structure of Mass Communication in BHU is around Rs. 7000/- per Annum. As per the eligibility you should be passed Bachelor Degree (10+2+3) with 50% marks in aggregate.
