Each state has its own fee structure The annual fee is around 3,000 to 50,000 approx .In Uttar Pradesh the average fee is around 7,000 per year. In Tamil Nadu, government colleges fee is around  3,000 per year. In states like Karnataka and Delhi the fee is little higher around 30,000 to 40,000 per year. Hostel and examination fees are not included in this fees.
