Hello student,

MBBS is an undergraduate degree in the field of medicine, it stands for Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. The duration of MBBS course is 5 years 6months. After completion of the course you'll receive the registration certificate from MCI.

There are 542 medical colleges in India and among those 64 colleges have only PG courses, which are recognised by MCI.

Fees structure varies from college to college, it also differs from state to state.

The fees structure is quite high in private medical colleges. It can be in range of 3,50000 upto 20,00000 per annum depending upon the college you choose.
