I made the first payment for KCET option entry but it was unsuccessful, so I did the payment again and the second time it was successful. I wanted to know if I can get the money back from the first failed transaction. Usually, if the first payment failed but the amount was debited, the refund gets processed automatically within a few working days. If it doesn't come back, I can contact KEA with both payment details and they’ll help. It’s important to keep the transaction IDs and payment proofs saved so that I can show them in case I need to raise a request. Most of the time, the money gets refunded without any issues if the first transaction was not successful.
