Hi Tejasri,

               I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, Based on the 2018 cutoff as you belong to OC category you have very little chances to get a seat in AP/TS private colleges through counseling that too under state quota if your domicile state is AP/TS. It is almost impossible to get under AIQ. We can't be sure even you could get under state quota also because cutoff changes every year and this year even competition is too high.
