Yes , dear, NCERT Biology book is enough for you for getting good score or getting 80 or more questions correct  in your NEET examination .
This is because, in your NEET Biology section almost 95% or more of the questions are from the concepts of NCERT.

But yes just reading NCERT Biology will not help you, as in NEET examination questions are asked in the form of MCQs so you need to practice lots of MCQs in order to score good marks , and you need to master NCERT to the level that it is at your fingertips.
