See, calculation of rank based on percentile is rather not easy or accurate. In such system of evaluation it is very important that how tough was tye the paper and how others performed.

Nevertheless, as per the last year percentile vs rank analysis if you have scored 97 percentile then your General rank would be around 30000 and obc category rank would be 8300 approximately.
