First of all congratulations for your performance. As the percentile mentioned by you the General AIR rank must be between 26321 - 21321. Your OBC category rank will be little less of that. There is a very fair chance that you can get any NIT/IIIT on your rank specially of your home state where you can get your desired branch. But as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination.
