Hi
It's quite difficult to predict marks required to get 99 percentile as percentile score for the same marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But if we look at previous year trends, then last year in JEE Mains 2019 , 99.06 percentile corresponded to 177 marks, but last year JEE mains was a 360 marks and from this year it is of 300 marks, when we convert the score of 177 marks out of 360 into the score out of 300 marks it comes out
(177/ 360 * 300 )
= 147 marks
Hence, to get 99 percentile you should try to get at least 147 marks in jee mains 2020
