In the new paper pattern for JEE mains, the whole paper is for 300 marks. Hence, in the worst case scenario, to be on the safer side, you must atleast score above 200+ marks. This will surely help you score 99+ percentile. However, as the percentiles depends on subjectwise difficulty, shiftwise difficulty, and number of students appearing, etc.
So, to be on the safer side, score above 200-225 marks and you will be cleared for percentile above 99+ percentile.
