Cutoff for AIIMS is different for different category students. For the year 2019 the cutoff for AIIMS for different category is as follows:
Category - percentile

General - 98.1246748 or 50 percent
SC/ST - 90.2036135 or 40 percent
OBC - 95.2939507 or 45 percent
