This you need to contact with DU enquiry I think. Sometimes it is said to attach self attached copies sometimes principal's attached copies has required.

Dear Aspirant,

The documents  need to be self attested for admissions in Delhi University.You have to submit the documents in original with two sets of self-attested photocopies at the time of admission

You have to sign on the photocopies along with the date before submitting the doucments for verification.
