Hi shivam,
Delhi University forms will be out around 24may.
You have to apply on du website only as we have to fill one form for all colleges, not for each colleges.
All the information about the form filling, documents required etc. will be mentioned in that day newspaper.
We don't have to fill form of each college individual except st. Stephen and Jesus Mary.
