Your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly after that you can opt any reference book for solving MCQ'S like for biology you can opt trueman of biology,MTG,Allen  module while for physics you can opt dc pandey, universal publication,MTG and for chemistry you can opt Dinesh objective, ABC publication,Allen module.don't try too many books,it will only confuse you,opt any one reference book for each subject and solve it multiple times.i hope this information helps you.
