Hey Aspirant, For choosing the best three and four subjects always the main and the most preffered subjects are choosed for this as if you have biology then you are a medical student. So, instead of choosing english and physical education in best three you can go for physics and chemistry or english. As physical education is  a additional or an elective subject.
