Well if you are willing to enroll in Bsc psychology then I would suggest you to go for all the colleges in South cause the universities in South gives bsc degree and colleges this side gives ba degree usually. But you can hope for going to BHU cause BHU provides a degree of BSc in psychology and for that entrance test is organised. And the percentage requirements is just for eligibility criteria that is around 60% in your high school for a general category student.
