Dear student,

This year the official dates of csab special round counselling, is not yet came.

So, as per seeing last year for csab, you have to fill Annexure 1 and have to be printed/typed and then duly filled on Rs. 50 Non Judicial Stamp
paper and duly notarized. If you are a pwd candidate, then you have to fill Annexure 3.
This affidavit must be verified and signed by deponent or in other words by the person who testifies under oath in a deposition by writing in or signing an affidavit.
