Dear Anamika,

Yes, In order to appear for the KCET exam you should have domicile certificate of Karnataka.

If you want to take admission in private engineering colleges of karnataka you can appear in COMEDK exam.

COMEDK application form are already out. Last date to apply for the application form is 19th April, 2018.
