The cut off for admission in  SMS Medical College, Jaipur for admission through NEET UG for MBBS in the previous year was a rank of 751 and 617 marks for admission under the All India quota for the general category. For admission under the State quota the cut off rank was 13,603 and 539 marks for the general category. Hence you would require a  rank and a score above this range for a fair chance of admission here.
