Sawai Man Singh Medical College offers undergraduate (MBBS), postgraduate (MD, MS, PGD, M.Sc) and super speciality (DM, M.Ch) courses. SMSMC admission to the undergraduate course is offered based on NEET UG exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) and participation in the MBBS counselling process. According to the SMSMC admission process to MD/MS/PGD, candidates have to appear for NEET PG exam conducted by National Board of Examinations (NBE) and have to meet the S.M.S Medical College cutoff. Candidates aspiring for SMSMC M.Sc admissions have to appear for an Online Entrance Test (computer-based) conducted at the College. For admission to super speciality course, aspirants have to appear for NEET SS exam and meet the S.M.S. Medical College cut off requirement and then participate in the counselling process conducted by the College. - For M.Sc., candidates have to fill an application form by paying the registration fee.

Swati Man Singh Medical College, Jaipur is one of the oldest and top government medical college. The NEET cutoff varies each year and the cut off is different for different category of students. If you are a general category candidate then you need to secure rank under 1000 to get a chance for admission in SMS Jaipur. The closing rank of All India Quota in 2019 for general category candidates was 760. For SC the closing rank was 14864, for ST 11928.
