JEE Mains paper 2 is for architecture.  For diploma or BSc in interior design, the minimum eligibility is that they must have completed their Class 12 from a recognised board. However, most colleges have additional eligibility criteria that state that students must have studied maths and physics as a full-time course or as an additional subject in their Class 12 to apply for admissions in an interior designing course

For admission to interior designing courses you don't need to appear for Jee Main. Through Jee Main paper 2 admission are given to B.Arch and B.Plan programs. Interior Designing falls under Bachelor of Design i.e. B.Des. You can get this course in design institutes.
