For any pre-medical entrance examination, it is very important to keep your concepts crystal clear. 

NCERT books are the best study material for NEET exam since many a times direct questions are asked from the text. So, consider NCERT book as the bible for NEET. But you need to practice a lot of questions in order to memorize things so either you can solve previous year papers or model test papers.

You can also refer to some good reference book in order to clear your concepts. This will never do any harm.

But most importantly focus on your NCERT book.

To get 320+ marks in Biology -

1. Study NCERT line by line
2. Solve NCERT Exemplar Bio book and MTG Fingertips
3. Solve previous year NEET/AIPMT Bio questions (2012-2018)

In 2018, around 82 questions out of 90 had come from NCERT. 5 out of remaining 8 could be answered if one had read and understood each line of NCERT Biology Book.

By doing the above three things, I scored 330/360 in Biology in NEET 2018. Best of luck.
