Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or  at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /stor least 45 % in aggregate of PCB if belongs to PH category.

So , being from pH category you need at least 45% aggregate in PCB to be eligible.
Now,
Your aggregate in PCB is
44+65+60
= 169
=(169/300*100 )%
= 56.3% i.e greater than 45% , so you fulfil above aforesaid % requirement for Ph category  and thus you are eligible for neet examination

as per the eligibility criteria of NEET examination candidate must have passed their 10+2 from recognized board with science stream subjects having physics , chemistry ,biology and english as core subjects and candidate belonging to general category must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks in PCB subjects altogether , for OBC/SC/ST percentage criteria is 40 percent and for PWD it is 45 percent

according to your marks mentioned in question your PCB aggregate is 56.33 so you are eligible for same
