once you register in any rounds , you dont have to do it again. since you have already participated in 2nd round by registering ,you dont have to do it again in the mop up roundd. you just have to log in and fill in fresh choices. but you should know that mop up round is only for deemed and esic colleges not for aiq colleges.

Hello dear student,

If you have applied for ,I mean register for any round of the counseling then there is no need to register again for the mop up round. They don't need to pay again for the mop up round . And yes the candidate only will get seat in mop up round if he /she not alloted seat in previous rounds of counselling.
