There are 2 things here. Being eligible for NEET and qualifying in NEET. For being eligible in NEET, your board marks from 10+2 are considered. The minimum aggregate depends on your Category. Byt for qualifying in NEET, only your NEET score is considered. It is 50% for General Category, 40% for SC,ST,OBC. This is 50% and 40% are of the top NEET score. So apart from your NEET score and your Category, nothing else is considered. Not your board marks and not GUJCET score.
